What is a Digital Signature Certificate?
A DSC is an electronic form of identity used to sign documents and file forms digitally, in place of a physical signature and stamp. It is issued by a licensed Certifying Authority and stored on a USB crypto token.
How do I buy a DSC online?
Use the DSC Finder or browse a use case here to confirm what you need, then click Buy DSC — that takes you to the official Capricorn application to complete KYC and issuance.
What is signing vs encryption?
Signing proves the authenticity and integrity of a document. Encryption protects confidential content so only the intended recipient can read it. Some portals require a combined certificate.
Do I need a USB token?
Yes. Your certificate is stored on a USB crypto token — a secure device, not an ordinary pen drive. If you don't have a compatible one, we supply them.

Which DSC do I need for GeM?
GeM sellers commonly need an organisation Class 3 signing certificate. Use the DSC Finder to confirm for your case.
Which DSC do I need for GST?
GST registration and filings commonly require a signing certificate — individual or organisation depending on the entity type.
Which DSC do I need for MCA filings?
Company and LLP filings on the MCA portal commonly require a signing certificate for the authorised signatory.
Which DSC do I need for a tender?
Tendering portals commonly require signing, and some require signing plus encryption. Check the specific tender portal's requirement.

How do I renew my DSC?
Renewal is completed through the official Capricorn application. Contact us if you need help identifying which certificate to renew.
My token isn't being detected — what do I do?
Most detection issues are solved by installing or reinstalling the token's official driver. If it continues, message us with your token model.
How do I order a token from you?
Pick your model in the eToken store and tap Order on WhatsApp. We reply with the current price, GST and delivery time, then confirm your order.
Do you deliver outside Kalaburagi?
Yes, we ship across India. Delivery time and any shipping charge are confirmed with your quote.
